生产方法 可用16α,17α环氧孕甾-4-烯-3,11,20-三酮(即16α,17α-环氧-11-酮基黄体酮),与乙二醇(在3,20-位酮基)缩酮化、还原(11-酮基)、消除[形成9(11)双键]、(环氧基上甲基溴化镁)加成、水解(形成17α-羟基、脱除乙二醇)、消除(脱氢,形成1-位双键)、(21-位)碘化、(21-位碘以乙酰氧基)置换、[9(11)-双键次溴酸]加成并环氧化制得该品。
