用途 倍他米松的中间体。

生产方法 可用16α,17α-环氧孕甾-4-烯-3,11,20-三酮(即16α,17α,-环氧-11-酮基黄体酮),与乙二醇缩合(3,20-位缩酮化),然后还原(11-位酮基和4-位双键)、(11-位羟基)消除引入9(11)-位双键、(环氧基)甲基溴化镁加成并水解,生成17α-羟基-16β-甲基孕甾-4,9(11)-二烯-3,20-二酮,进而(1,2-位)脱氢、(21-位)碘化、(21-位碘以醋酸钾)置换制得该品。
